Customize Your Mat!

How It Works

  • Static Loads: Determine the maximum static load the mat will need to support. This includes any stationary equipment or structures.

Dynamic Loads: Identify the dynamic loads such as moving vehicles, machinery, or personnel that will traverse the mat.

  • This is the space to describe the service and explain how customers or clients can benefit from it. It’s an opportunity to add a short description that includes relevant details, like pricing, duration, location and how to book the service.

  • To ensure we provide the ideal composite mats for your needs, please describe the specific particle design you require. Specify whether you need large or small particles and if metal connectors are necessary for your application. Additionally, indicate if an interlocking design is preferred to enhance stability and ease of installation. Any other specific requirements, such as surface texture or unique features, should also be mentioned. Providing these details will help us tailor our composite mats to meet the exact specifications and performance criteria of your project.

  • To ensure we provide the appropriate quantity and dimensions of composite mats for your project, please describe the total distance or area that needs to be covered. Specify the length and width of the coverage area, as well as any irregular shapes or specific sections that require matting. If there are any gaps, overlaps, or special arrangements necessary for optimal coverage, please include those details. This information will help us determine the right amount and configuration of composite mats to effectively meet your needs.

Our Starting Points

Our
Process

Creating a custom composite mat involves several meticulous steps to ensure it meets the specific requirements and performance criteria of your project. The process begins with an initial consultation where you discuss your needs with our design team. This includes defining the load requirements, the type of topography the mats will be used on, the particle design, and the total area or distance to be covered. During this stage, we gather detailed information about the expected static and dynamic loads, the environmental conditions, and any special features you might need, such as interlocking designs or specific surface textures.

Once the requirements are thoroughly understood, our engineering team proceeds to design the composite mat using advanced CAD software. They select the appropriate materials, such as UHE, Lightweight or UHVT, and incorporate the desired features into the design. After finalizing the design, a prototype is created and subjected to rigorous testing to ensure it meets all specifications for strength, durability, and performance. Any necessary adjustments are made based on the testing results. The final product is then manufactured using state-of-the-art molding or extrusion processes, ensuring high quality and precision. Throughout the process, we maintain clear communication with you to ensure the final product perfectly matches your needs.
